What Does Fatigue And Lack Of Sleep After Thyroid Surgery?

I am 35 years old. I am feeling tiered all the time with yawning most of the time but i can not sleep well with waking up from time to time and loudly snoring. I made a surgery for thyroid 12 years ago, because it became larger and medical test said that it is more active, now the secretion of hormones is normal. I can not doing any hard work even in walking up stairs or carry any thing.

Hello,

As your thyroid gland had been removed in part or total, you might be experiencing symptoms of lack of thyroid hormone. It is better you get your thyroid profile checked.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shehzad Ruman
