What Does Epethelial Cells Count Indicate In Urinalysis When Pregnant?

i am 6 weeks pregnant, got a urinalysis an hour ago and the result is the following:

sg: 1.015
Ph: 5
epethelial cells: ++
Pus cells: 4-6 hpf
RBC : 0-2 hpf

so i wanna know if i have this so called Urinary tract infection or near to infection? what does this (++) double positive sign in epethelial cells?

in urine reports 4-6 pus cells r normal reports. u can test urine pregnancy test at morning sample.
and see , 2 band r red colora so test is positive.
1 bend present so test is negative.
after u descide, pregnancy present or not.
