Hello dear
I understand your concern
I have undergone through your USG report
Small cystic spaces and inhomogeneous endometrium could be due to endometrial hyperplasia, adenomyosis.
Endometrial biopsy will help in diagnosis of dysplasia.
Birth control pill/progesterone pill, GNRH agonist can be useful for above cause.
So consult the gynecologist and take proper advise.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
Hope this may help you
