Hello dear I understand your concern I have undergone through your USG report Small cystic spaces and inhomogeneous endometrium could be due to endometrial hyperplasia, adenomyosis. Endometrial biopsy will help in diagnosis of dysplasia. Birth control pill/progesterone pill, GNRH agonist can be useful for above cause. So consult the gynecologist and take proper advise.
