What Does Endometriosis With HPF 6-10 Suggest?

I received some lab results, but I don t know what they mean. I was having problems with endometriosiswbc s UA/HPF 6-10RBC, urine HPF 50Neutrophis Auto count80Lymphocytes Auto Count 14.1Neutophis, Absolute Auto count 11UA hgb 1.00(3+) protein, ua 100(2+)bilirubin, ua 1.0(1+)

Hello and welcome to HCM,
It is evident from your report that you have undertaken urine test although you have not mentioned that.
The urine test reveals presence of neutrophils or pus cells.
Presence of pus cells up to 50 per high power field suggests presence of infection.
Presence of red blood cells in urine suggests bleeding somewhere in the urinary tract.
Bleeding could be due to stone, inflammation, kidney disease or malignancy.
Presence of proteins suggests some disease process in kidney.
You need to consult your doctor renal function tests to assess renal function.
Antibiotic needs to be prescribed for infection in the urine.

Presence of endometriosis is a separate disease process which will not affect the urine test.
