Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query
After going through your brief description it seems you have developed muscle spasm at back leading to your suffering.
My advice would be -
1. Regular back exercise along with vitamin D (1000 i.u. /day) and calcium (800-1000 mg/day).Hot water fomentation.
2. Under medical guidance you may take ibuprofen and thiocholchicoside to reduce pain and spasm.
Hope this help you.
Take care
