mam you are nauseate in morning hours ..and you were told to see endocrinologist for low TSH ...the reaspn that your thyroid are overactive and reciprocally ypur TSH is low ..you have to undergo a few tests as may be thyroid scan and some other tests then you will be prescribed drugs ...thyroid is a gland situated in front of food pipe in mecl and produces a hormone thyroxine ...that may be troubling you ..endocrinologist is best person to help you with this
