welcome to Health care magic.
1.The kidney has pelvis, and calyces with which it is connected to the ureter and ureter connects bladder.
2.The scan say there is a obstruction / narrowing of the pelvi-uretric junction.
3.The causes can be by birth, calculus , or infective cause.
4.Only ultrasound with unclear cause will not be enough to say you can donate kidney.
5.You may need to get MRI done for anatomical delineation and evaluate the pathology - then can decide.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
