Hi

Genital warts ,vulval growth or melanoma can present as black spots on labia.I would suggest you to visit your gynaecologist for a clinical examination.

Shaving, waxing, or plucking pubic hairs increases your risk for an ingrown pubic hair which can cause a small, round, sometimes painful or itchy bump to form.

The bump may be filled with pus, and the skin around the bump may also become darker.Antibiotic treatment will be required to reduce the infections.Topical antibacterial creams are also useful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
