What Does Cramps And Liquid Discharge After Taking Abortion Pills Signify?

Gud day, please I am 4weeks pregnant, I used 2 misoprostol vaginally and 3 by swallowing after some hours I experienced cramps and later a clear watery liquid but no blood, so after 24 hours I use Anoda 4 misoprostol vaginally and after some hours I felt a little cramp but after like 10hours I saw the remnant oh the drug in my panties already dissolved. Pls what can I do next...
