The MRI report shows presence of certain areas in the brain which had decreased blood supply in the past and show irreversible changes. The cerebral atrophy refers to changes due to aging and is something that might be needed to be discussed with a neurologist. The fits during sleep are epileptic fits and you might also need to undergo sleep EEG to know the electric activity.
