What Does Burning Sensation In Abdomen And Heartburn Indicate?
I had shoveled some snow earlier this week. And since then I have had burning in stomach from belly button down and a little to the left. Had some heartburn and also when I tried to lay down got aching belly along with no sleep from being uncomfortable. At least for now stomach ache is gone along with heartburn so I have been able to sleep.

I will advise to start antacids [proton pump inhibitors like] rabeprazole 20 mg twice a day.
Avoid stress and heavy food, take proper sleep.
