What Does Bulky Ovary With A Dominant Follicle Mean?

I had miscarriage in June 22 , after one month I went for scan to check whether everything is clear or not. July 27 th I got my period and then i went to hospital on 11th August for ultrasonography scan .in the reports they mentioned right overy is mildly bulky with has cyst/dominant follicle. Can u tell me,what is this dominant follicle ? Is this reason for my miscarriage ? Is it gives problem for pregnancy in my future ?

You could be suffering from a disorder called Polycystic ovarian syndrome. And yes if it is the case then you might suffer from miscarriage too. I would suggest you to visit your nearest gynaecologist and get it diagnosed with some other tests which would confirm further and subsequently you can go for treatment. Good luck!
