What Does Broad-based Disc Bulge With Paracentral Disc Protrusion Mean?

there is a braod-based disc bulge with right paracentral disc protrusion at L4 to L5. the left decending L5 nerve root is mildly impinged by the disc and is narrowing of the right lateral recess at L5-S1. there a small disc protrusion. the disc and osteophytes minimally narrow the right lateral recess.

The above is the result of MRi of my friend. we just want to ask if this kind of problem can be corrected by doing physiotherapy? thank you so much...

welcome to Health care magic.
1.All the symptoms and MRI signs seems like it can be treated with the physiotherapy and exercises.
2.The report says the disc which is suppose to be between the vertebrae has moved posteriorly.
3.Causing pressure effect on the spinal chorus and the nerve which is passing through the foramen.
4.Findings seems like simple exercises for back on daily basis will releave the symptoms and maintain positional norms, that will help.
5.Physiotherapy will definitely help.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
