What Does Blood In Urine Indicate?

My blood work shows blood in my urine starting to have little pain in my lower right back ,have discharge and odour. What could it be. I just went through being hypothyroidism really bad could these symptoms be related. As well I have really dry sinus . Dry that sometimes it makes my chest a little tight. Could that as we'll be related to being hypo.

Kidney or bladder infection may cause blood in urine.
Kidney stone also cause this type of symptoms.
Urine test and microscopic examination is helpful for diagnose.
