Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some suggestions. The observation in the sonogram is to be correlated with other reports as well as the clinical evaluation. The management of ovarian cysts depends on the size, symptoms, nature and associated complications. A laparoscopy is the best way to get a proper diagnosis if confusion persists. Hope this helps.
