What Does Anteverted Uterus In The Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi. Im 20, my ultrasound says Uterus: 6.6x4.7x3.0 cm antevertedCervix : 2.0x2.6x2.2 cm with nabothian cystEndometrium: 0.4 cmRight ovary: 2.4x2.6x2.0 cm(volume = 6.2cc )Left ovary : 2.6x2.5x1.9 cm (volume = 6.1cc)Others: no free fluid in cul de sacRemarks : The uterus is anteverted with regular contour and homogenous myometrium. There are no myometrial masses seen. The cervix is closed and with nabothian cyst. The endometrium is thin and heterogeneous probably representing blood/ blood clots. Both ovaries are lateral to the uterus and contain more than 12 subcapsular follicles measuring less than 1.0 cm in diameter with dense stroma suggestive of bilateral multicystic ovaries. There are no adnexal masses seen in this san. There is no free fluid in the cul de sac. What does this means? What happened to me? Please advice.

Hi I did review your concern
Anteverted uterus means that the body of uterus is turned forward. it is a normal position of uterus as opposed to retroverted uterus which is a variation from the normal.

Your other findigns in ultrasound are also normal.so do not worry and keep a healthy lifestyle and enjoy.
