What Does Abdominal Bloating And Pain In The Chest Indicate?

Hello sir/mam..... i feel bloated stomach and sometimes i feel pain in centre of my chest.... in past...... i also suffering from piles..... now.. i also feel difficulty in bowel movements.... please suggest what type of tests should i do.... so that it would be diagnosed properly....

You have problem of abdominal bloting problem and pain in chest area that may be because of gastroesophageal reflux problem or over eating or lactose intolerance or other reasons.

Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Abdominal x ray helpful for diagnosis.
Avoid some gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, beans...
Avoid stress.
Avoid overeating.
Treat underling cause.
