Here according to history you can have piles , fissure , abscess or proctitis inflammation ...
For rule out cause proctoscopy examination needs to be done ....
According to cause specific treatment guided ....
Meanwhile take low spicy foods ....
Drink more water ...
Avoid straining at stool....
Hot water anal bath sitz bath useful....
If pain more and inflammation present brufen can be given along with topical xylocain application....
Avoid constipation by taking more fiber food and green leafy vegetable.
Advise : consult surgeon for exination...
