General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
You had bleeding twice in a month with 10-11days gap.the cause depends on age .
- In fertile age, abortion is the first consideration- though it's less possible in your case as you had regular menses to start with.
- Pre Menopause is characterized by such unpredictable & irregular bleeding.
- Hormonal imbalance due to PCOD, ovarian/thyroid problems may cause
it.
- vaginal polyp/fibroid uterus or malignancy may be the causative factor.
Please don't worry. Consult a gynecologist. After physical examination & investigations certain diagnosis will be found followed by specific treatment.
Thanks.
