What Does A Small Size Mild Defect Involving Basal Inferoseptal Mean In The Following MPI Report?

My myocardial perfusion imaging today stated, “ there is a small size mild defect involving the basal inferoseptal and mid inferoseptal wall. This is a fixed defect. There is a soft tissue artifact present”. While this does not sound serious, what does this mean?
