X Ray Done. What Does Findings Mean?

What does elevation of the left hemidiaphragm with mild basilar atelectasis mean? Crowding of bronchovascular markings at left lung base. This above was from an chest X-ray. Also had a stress test and result: left ventricular ejection fraction is 59%. Small sized mild intensity fixed perfusion defect involving the basal mid anterior wall. What does this all mean?

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports, left diaphragm is elevated from its normal position and also there is mild collapse of lung parenchyma in left basal region.
There is also associated crowding of bronchovascular markings in left basal region.
ECHO findings,Ejection fraction means volume of blood ejected from left ventricle with each heart beat. It is normal in your case. In normal patients it should be between 50-65%.
There is also small perfusion defect in basal mid anterior wall of heart and it may be due to pervious injury.
