What Does A Small Bump On Chin Indicate?

i have a small bump (about the size of a pencil lead) that appears to be a blood veseel at the surface on my chin.. it is not colored. when the weather gets colder and air dry it will sometime crack and bleed, it appears to bleed with my pulse and takes a while to stop with a lot of pressure and takes considerable time. what is this?? I also have one on my leg.

From the description you have provided,it looks like you have developed a vascular skin lesion called pyogenic granuloma.
It is s very vascular skin lesion and tends to bleed a lot on scratching or rubbing .
Treatmebt options include cauterisation of the lesion by an expert dermatologist.
So avoid rubbing the area ,see a nearby dermatologist and get it cauterised.
