What Causes Small Round Red Bump On Chin?

I have a small round red spot on my chin, in the center is a white bump the size of a pin head.It started with just the bump. I thought it was a pimple and tried to pop it. It won t pop. It started to bleed.wiped with alcohol then hydrogen peroxide. The bump is still there and the circle around it is deep red.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having a sebaceous cyst with secondary infection.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken for secondary infection, only after consulting a dermatologist.

Once infection is cleared, you can go for surgical removal of cyst.
