What Does A Skin Hanging From Vagina After Sex Indicate?

Hi me and my boyfriend recently had sex and we have only done it a few times and it s always been slow. But this time we got caught up in the moment and it was deeper and faster but not sore at all and I didn t bleed. Only when I went to the toilet after I noticed a part of the skin that circles the opening of my vagina hanging off and it s quite thick. It s not sore hasn t bled or got infected so it doesn t really bother me physically is just like to get an idea of what it could be . Could it by my hymen or could it be a bad tear ? should I go to a doctor ?
