My partner is male, 40 years old, he has a red rash on both of his shins, when I say rash it looks like bruising under the skin, the skin is also a little dry, he also has red spots under the skin appearing on his foot. To me it does not look like surface rash it looks like it is under the skin. he is a smoker and drinks more than the average at times, he has been to the doctors and had a run of bloods taken which have come back with no further action. We have spoken to the doctor about further concerns, his paternal aunty had leukemia in her late 40 s which is a concern. He has been referred to see a dermatologist but not until May. He has asthma which has got worse recently with breathlessness and complains more so of back ache. I am really quite worried as I am not convinvced by the doctor. Please can you help with any suggestions.
