What Does A Probable Benign Small Lymph Node Which Appears Morphologically Unremarkable That Was Detected During Ultrasound Indicate Considering Family History Of Breast Cancer?

Hello, I am 31 and breast cancer runs in my family. I had an ultrasound done on Friday and the finding read "there is a small lymh node which appears morphologically unremarkable. Probably benign findings. Consider Mammorgraph."
What does this mean and should I be worried.

Breast cancer can be heriditory too. Lymph node can be from the reactive too. There are other risk factors beside the heriditory too . like alcohol, not marriage, no children, and so on Its better to have mammography for the screening purpose.
