I have a knot in my left arm between my shoulder and elbow. I have had radial tunnel surgery 6 years ago on my left elbow. My left arm now hurts again especially at the elbow. My third and fourth finger has a problem with locking up and when i make a fist or bend my finger the third and fourth finger don t stretch back right away and wnen they do they hurt and i can feel a click and pain in them. The knot in my arm is under the skin but you can see it and feel it. It does hurt and this arm goes numb alot. I had carpet tunnel release in 1997. Thanks
