What Does A Hard White Stuff Under Foreskin Indicate?
Hello! I have hard white stuff under my foreskin. It looks like dry smegma. I wash under foreskin regularly. It looks like it is part of my foreskin. I have it only when foreskin is wet. When i have it it is hard to pull foreskin back. I would be happy if you can help me.

I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I would say that forming of smegma is physiology phenomenon and it stop forming after some time but if this continue to form then this need to be treated and the only option is circumcision, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
