What Does A Faint Line From The Pregnancy Strip Test Suggest?
Hi, my girlfriend and I had unprotected sex immediately after her last period since we felt it was her safe period. About a week later we had sex again but this time, she used postinor 2 after which she saw her period almost 2 weeks earlier than the normal time. She took a pregnancy strip test and it was positive I.e there were two lines although one was very faint, could she be pregnant?

It is important to rule out pregnancy.
She need follow up urine pregnancy test(UPT) after 10 days.
In early days,Urine pregnancy test may be faint positive of false negative due to less amount of HCG hormone in urine.
However,Ultrasound of pelvis is the investigation of choice for confirmation of pregnancy.It can detect G-sac earliest.
