What Does A Back Spot In The Field Of Vision Indicate?

For several weeks I have had a small black spot in my vision when I look out my right eye. The spot moves with the movement of my eyeball. It doesn t move if my eye is still, only if I move my eye. I have also begun having pain in that eye and blurred even with my glasses on. I am a 68 year old woman.
