Good day.
Your T4 is low and your Anti TPO ( thyroid peroxidase antibody) is high which means that this is an auto immune Hypothyroidism( Hashimoto's Thyroiditis). What is your TSH level? Are you on Thyroxine replacement ?
How are your periods ( you had mentioned that your Estrogen was low), Why was the estrogen and progesterone checked?
