i am suffreing from intestinal TB.andon AKT-4 tretment after 15 day of medication i got my LFT done it is some what unusual the values r AST 349IU/ML; ALT178IU/ML; ALP168IU/ML;BILIRUBIN TOTAL 3.9MG/DL; BILIRUBIN DIRECT2.7MG/DL;TOTAL PROTEIN 8.1 G/DL; SERUM ALBUMIN 3.4G/DL; SERUM GLOBULIN 4.7G/DL; ALP/GLOB RATIO 0.7. my doctor out of station kindly guide me what is happening.

Hi The liver function tests appear to be outside the normal range. Bilirubin is high, AG ratio is reversed, which could indicate a possible liver dysfunction. Do consult your doctor at the earliest for further course of action as the medications you have been taking affects liver function. Regards.
