Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Paucicellular means very few cells are seen.
2. Mature adipocytes means, normal fat cells. Usually when cancer is suspected, immature cells are seen.
3. No malignant cells means there are no cancerous cells. As this is a benign tumor, and growth is slow and well delineated, excision can be done.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
