What Does IgG-positive From Torch Test Mean?
Good afternoon sir,Age-22Weight-54.2 Iam 20 weeks pregnant now. I got measles on my 13th week. And we had undergone a torch test and cmv PCR, and we got the result as IgG-positive, IgM-negative and CMV-negative. Im so worried about my baby s health. can u suggest some tests and scan

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. CMV IgG positive and IgM negative means that you are immune to CMV and there is no presence of CMV virus in the body.
You need not worry at all as there will be no adverse effect on the fetus.
