What Does HSV Values In My Below Blood Test Results Indicate?

Hi. I recently did my blood test and I don t really understand a part of my test. HSV 1 IGG type specific AB is .00 High HSV 2 IGG type specific AB is 0.90 Can you explain for me please cause I don t really understand my first time doing blood test... Does this mean I have herpes?

The HSV 1 virus is most commonly seen with infections around the mouth and HSV 2 with infections in the genitalia region.

According to the report, the HSV 1 is negative (not detected). It states that HSV 2 may be positive (the virus was detected).

You can confirm the results with your doctor.
