General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

According to the test results you were having contact with both infections Hsv2 and hsv1.

The Ig G shows that you had this infection in your life and the virus is In your body and may get activated at any time while in a low immunity state.

To check if you are having the infection you may test Ig M or you will have the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
