What Does ENDOMETRIAL GCHOEL ARE 188MM THICK Indicate?

My self get aborted throught pills in the 1st month of pregnency...now i have now bleeding in between, after consultation with Doctor i have my ultrasound, reports says "ENDOMETRIAL GCHOEL ARE 188MM THICK" what is that actually mean & how can i overcome that...please advice...

Thanks for your question on HCM. Since you are having abortion through pills, there are high chances of incomplete abortion. And due to this high chances of retention of products of conception in the uterus. So the retained products act like foreign body and cause intermittent bleeding, pain, infection etc. And due to all these there is fluid in endometrium and on USG it will give you appearance of Echogenecity. So consult gynecologist and get done dilatation and curettage (D&C) for complete removal of retained products.
