What Does AST(SGOT):73 And ALT(SGPT):91 Indicate?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I had a fucntion panel test done in sept results were AST (SGOT) 54 & ALT (SGPT) 60. same test taken in NOV & results were 73 & 91. I have hep C so does this mean I'm getting sick?

Yes,it may indicate hepatitis c exacerbation,however this is just slight enzyme elevation and this may be just fatty liver or reaction to medications. You should check your liver with ultrasound and check viral markers to rule this out.
