What Does A Thin Walled Cystic Lesion Of 3.4x2.8cm From Ultrasound Suggest?

HI yesterday i had ultrasound after one week of my missed miscarriage and it was found that LEFT ADNEXA SHOWS A THIN WALLED CYSTIC LESION MEASURING 3.4 INTO 2.8cm.few internal echoes are noted on it.left ovarian tissue is noted around it.no significant flow on colour doppler imaging.im v worried about it.that what is this ?what sort of cyst?is this cancer?PLEASE REPLY ME
