Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of red blood cells in urine can be due to bleeding in the urinary tract or infection of the urinary tract.
Is there is presence of pus cells?
In case pus cells are present, infection is present.
Associated vaginal itching suggests presence of infection of the genital tract.
Infections of urinary tract can spread to the genital tract and vice versa.
Thus, it is quite possible that infection is present.
Treatment with antibiotics will help.

Thanks and take care
