Hi
The fever can be a viral fever.Ibugesic plus is combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen. Ibuprofen should be avoided as some viral fevers can have decreasing platelet count.Ibuprofen will cause a decreasing further platelet count in such case.If platelets are so low like when below the range of 30000 there is possibility of bleeding. So it is better for you to consult your doctor as soon as possible.Give the kid plenty of fluids. You can give plain parcetamol for fever and tepid sponging if temperature more.Let me know if you have any further query.
thanks
