What do you recommend to relieve the muscle spasms got after total hip replacement ?

My husband had total hip replacement on 6/5. He is experiencing muscle spasms particulary at night when he is trying to sleep ( almost list restless leg syndrome but painful) . the orthopedic doctor recommened 40z of quinine water with 4 0z of cranberry juice. I can t find quinine water anywhere. What do you recommend he do to relieve the muscle spasms

I would suggest you to start Methylcobal and pregabalin tablet as these type of symptoms can be due to vitamin B 12 defficiency. Taking these tablets will help in muscle pain. Also I would recommend you to take tablet Carnisure one tablet daily.
