General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Thick discharge suggests candida infection. Usually it is associated with foul smell but can present even without smell. Presence of lumps also suggests candida. Please get a gram stain of the discharge done, this will help in finding out the exact cause. Treatment can be with anti-fungal intra-vaginal capsules, but first diagnosis is important. Please get the test done.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
