What Do These Pelvic Ultrasound And Semen Analysis Test Result For Conception Indicate?

Doctor I had my tranvaginal scan by 12 day after period.I had progynova 2 and siphene 100 for past few day.in tvs, now my follicle is 19*19 in left ovary.so my doctor injected for rupture.left tubal patency is seen.husband count is 59 million and moderatively active 39% .what is my chances of pregnancy.suggest some food.today 12 day of period, Thank u
