What Do These Glucose Tolerance Test And HbA1c Levels Indicate?

I am 34 years old and 28 weeks pregnant. This is my second child. Last week I was asked to do a glucose tolerance test and hba1c. The values are 143 and 5.2 respective ly. Am I at high risk of developing gestational diabetes? I was asked to take 75 g and take the test after two hours. Couldn't meet my doctor as she is out of station.
