What Do These Blood Sugar Levels After Increased Quantity Of Obimet Indicate?

Hi Doctor,I was diagnosed with high blood sugar 180 fasting and 335 PP 6 weeks ago,Doctor prescribed me obimet SR 500 once daily after dinner after 1 week of medication sugar was 149 fasting and 164 PP. doctor increased dose of obimet SR to 1 gm per day. after 15 days , fasting sugar was 115 and PP 188. Dose of 1 gm per day continued for another 15 days. Then fasting sugar was 100 and PP 90 doctor reduced Obimet to 500 mg daily. Now fasting sugar is 106 and PP 117. pls advice

Your final blood sugar levels of 106 and 117 are not alarming it seems your medications are working. Diet modification and exercise if added will definitlely change the outcome. Change your life style.
