What Do These T And Z Scores Indicate?
Hello, T score and Z score are indicators of bone density. T score of -1 and above is considered normal. In your case, Tscore is -1.3 means your bone density is a bit on a lower side. The Z score is a comparison of your bone density with people of your age group. The positive Z score means it is normal. So in your case, there is nothing much to worry. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
