What Do These LFT And Abdominal Ultrasound Test Results Indicate?
i have increased direct and total bilirubin with normal ALT, AST, GGT,ALBUMIN,ALKALINE PHOSPHTESE, and viral tests show normal .. x-ray ABDOMIN US show gall stone 1.7 cm size *direct billirubin = 4.6 umol/l , total biill=49 umol/l *i dont have hemolytic diseases . cbc show normal with HGB 11.8 g/dl

The ultrasound showed that a gallstone was seen.
Gallstones can block the flow of bile so this blockage would then cause an increase in bilirubin (bile).
The normal liver enzymes mean that there liver is essentially normal.
If the gallstone is treated the levels of the bilirubin should normalize.
