My son has 4 knots on his neck and what does this meam

The knots on neck of your child could be palpable lymph nodes.If he has no symptom like fever;loss of weight then there is no reason to worry .If there is any symptom please get investigated to rule out any disease.Normally it could be just enlarged lymph nodes .
