Yoou have vaginal infection along with urinary tract infection. Take urinary antibiotic like nitrofurantoin...for one week...along with urinary alkaliser and antispasmodic like urispas...take lots of water 10 -12 glasses....and local antibiotic cream fir ulcer on labia. ..and additional take a vaginal infection kit containing triple antibiotic for complete response
